Overseas buyers usually contract with Weikechuang and receive goods made by Dongtai. That is a normal export structure in China, not a trading-company intermediary: both companies are in the same building, share engineering staff, and the factory is the manufacturer of record on the datasheets. They are one team with two legal entities in Yangzhou, sharing the TORCHN brand. Dongtai manufactures the batteries and inverters; Weikechuang does system configuration, project support and export. Overseas contracts are usually signed with Weikechuang and the goods are produced by Dongtai.
